A derivative signed with its source declared as an ingredient
The signed brand card above, resized. The resize strips the original manifest, exactly as an export or transcode step does, so the derivative is re-signed with the signed original declared as an ingredient.
An asset signed with a previously signed file declared as an ingredient. Verification reports the ingredient and its relationship, which is what a client requirement for ingredient provenance actually asks for.
